Our Infrared Panel installed in our studio heats up to 40 degrees Celsius which creates waves of energy that penetrate deep into the human body (approx. 4 cm).

You are advised to not attend the class if you are pregnant, sick, high blood pressure, asthma, heart related problems, or similar health issues. Please consult your doctor before attending the class.
- Please make sure to bring your own yoga towel to attend the class or you can purchase at our reception for 135 MOP (After member discount 10%)
- Please bring a bottle of cold water for the class to stay hydrated at all times.
- Cellphones, tablets or similar devices are strictly prohibited during class.
- Macao Fitness members are free to join at a first come first serve basis, limited 20 slots. Please get your tickets at the reception 30 minutes prior to class starts.
