Hot Yoga

Hot yoga classes are taught in our studio with the infrared heat sytem that reaches a maximum of  40 degrees Celsius. It’s a system of Hatha Yoga, a routine preparation  of meditation. All exercises or postures will allow you to become more aware of yourself and the purpose of these posters are to gain good health. 

Gentle Yoga

It’s goal is to provide a workout without putting any unnecessary strain on your body. 

Yoga Therapy

Adapts and applies yoga techniques and practices to help those who face health challenges at any level to manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality.

Hatha Yoga

Redeces stress, improve balance, flexibility, increase strength and reduce the risk of injury in daily life.

Sun Salutation

Generates heat to cleanse your mind and body. Increases heart rate and blood circulation to take your body through a full range of motion. The poses engage your muscles for a total body workout.

Yin Yang Yoga

A quiet style of yoga based on the expression of theories derived from Chinese medicine and Taoism. Uses long-held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the deep connective “Yin” tissues of the body.

Hatha-II

An active and stimulating yoga where you may develop grace and poise. Also, enjoy the long term benefit of toning muscles and overall figure.

Ashtanga Yoga

A unique system of yoga that combines asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudras & bandhas (gestures & locks), dharana (concentration) & dhyana (meditation) to detox, distress and increase your vitality.

Power Yoga

Consist of a dynamic flow of asanas (postures) combined with powerful breathing exercises that works the body.

Power Yoga Multi Level

To warm the body giving students ability to reach new levels of strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance and peace in both yoga poses and practice.
