Phases you will enter during the class:

Fat burning: By increasing the inclination of the bike to 60 – 75% and non stop cycling. 

Interval training: Increase and decrease the inclination of the bike so you will have both recovery and fat burning phases. 

Recovery: The last few minutes of the workout you will enter a recovery phase where you relax and stretch your body before ending the workout.
